UNT Job Aid

I wrote and designed this job aid during my time working as an Administrative Assistant at the University of North Texas (UNT). I identified a need for this job aid because many faculty were reaching out to me for assistance with the new Applicant Tracking System. The website had just launched and faculty serving on search committees were having issues accessing resumes and applications of prospective employees within the HR system. As such, I developed this job aid to distribute to faculty who needed a quick and easy guide to accessing and downloading application materials for positions in which they were serving as a committee member. 

I developed this job aid using the UNT official style guide, which guided my decisions for color choice and typeface. I kept the design simple and straightforward as possible for the intended audience. The result is a five-page job aid that was distributed to the College of Science faculty at UNT. This job aid is still in circulation as of October 2022.
