Tech Writing Internship

This video presentation is an overview of my internship experience working for the Change Governance (Policy) office at Mr. Cooper between September and December of 2021.

As a result of my excellent internship performance, I was offered a full-time position as a Technical Policy Writer at Mr. Cooper in December 2021 and still hold this position as of October 2022.
